I took my laptop in for dagnostic/repair after I had reached my limit on diagnosing a wifi problem. The gentleman at the service counter suggested that the wifi card in my laptop might have gone bad. I purchased a new one and installed it solving the problem. Thanks SWS! Saved me a bunch of money and time, plus not having my laptop out of commission for several days.
