Made an appt with dermatologist for our cat s skin infection. Spent $250 to see a dermatologist who wasn t actually a dermatologist but regular veterinarian who would consult with outside dermatologist within 24 hours. Still haven t heard anything and the front staff (who was incredibly rude!) informed me I won t until 3 days from now. You aren t able to go into office, because of covid, but the physician treats your animal before even talking with you. Completely mismanaged, horribly run and terribly overpriced. Go elsewhere!
