My personal experience was the effort and time taken to make sure I understood every financial decision to be made. Not just through emails and immediate responses but follow-up phone calls as well. With me living in another state and moving to another location, I felt like I was rite there in the Tidewater Mortgage office given the best quality service throughout this process.
