It's cheap, it's open (nearly) all hours and it has good vegetarian options. Uncle Paul's takes credit cards. Three slices will more than fill you up for a little more than $10. However this is NYC, and you can do a lot better pizzawise. The veggie slice was soggy, which meant it flopped about when I tried to eat it (although partly this was because they are not ungenerous on the toppings). The white spinach slice was fairly bland. The cheese slice just... dull. The crusts were chewy and a chore to eat rather than a joy. Pizza should be crisp and joyful, not just something doughy to fill you up. If you're hungry and out late, this place could save your life. But otherwise you can do so much better elsewhere... eg Previti on E41st between Lex and Park; or Little Italy's on W45th between 5th and 6th.
