I had to cancel a reservation due to the EU travel ban. I reached out to Kamari Tours and they refused to give me a refund. They were not very responsive but ultimately told me they would refund me after 18 months. Even if I am able to travel to Greece in the next 18 months, I will not be staying at any hotel associated with this business. Avoid them at all costs!
