As a "once great customer" who has referred countless friends and family for over 3 years, after my discussion today with the Owner "Billy Zoellin", B&B gets No Stars if that were an option. I am beyond disappointed in the level of customer service that was personally displayed by "Billy". He did not and clearly DOES NOT care if you are happy or not and in his own words "ok with losing customers". And being a group of long time loyal customers makes no difference.

To the readers, please know that I do not take pleasure in writing such an awful review and would not do so unless I truly felt a disservice had occurred.

My good friend who is a Police Officer, arrived early to reserve seats for 7 adults and 2 babies (2 1/2 and 18 months) and was informed by the greeter that due to our party size exceeding 6 people, that we would not have the option to individually choose our meals but instead was limited to only 3 choices to share, family style. Clearly an insufficient amount of choices. This rule has never been brought to our attention during the many past visits. The manager Carrie stepped in, and and from what I understand was rude, unconcerned and unwilling to make any accommodations.

After hearing the disheartening news, I called B&B and spoke with Cari who totally insulted me by insinuating I was lying about my previous dining experiences with parties over 8, over 3 years, and the fact that this rule was never enforced. Furthermore, went on to say if I didn't like the policy, "Don't eat there anymore". Subsequently, I asked for the owners contact info to bring this to his attention, assuming that he would be concerned about his staffs persistent lack of inadequate customer service and potentially losing a great group of customers, when to my surprise she gave me the option to speak to him immediately.

At this point, I was confident that "Billy" would understand our frustration and would make an effort to resolve our issue and coach his staff accordingly. Instead, I was met with denigrating remarks, a dismissive attitude and also told "people don't always get what they want, life's tough". In addition, to that "he was unconcerned with losing me, my friends, my family or any customers for that matter". He called my review "the oldest threat in the book" and that it won't affect his business. For this reason, I will go out of my way as a locally recognized and well respected trainer, to use this experience as an example of what "not to do" to build long lasting relationships.

During my discussion, I could not help but to feel like I was arguing with a child. Upon further review, turns out Billy is in his mid 20's. Everything made more sense. Billy is an ill-equipped, inexperience and immature businessman who lacks the basic understanding of how to treat people and or handle matters with respect and integrity. For this reason, I will no longer continue to be a long time patron of this establishment. When asked where we should eat, my first response will always be "NOT BACON & BUTTER".

On Yelp, I have attached a picture showing 6 adults, 2 visible children and another child in between my wife and friend who leaned back in his stroller, plus my buddy Greg who took the pic which equals a party of 10 and clearly all of us have different plates, clearly not family style. One of many pictures. So who's the liar now I ask??

Looking at previous reviews, looks I m not the only one that had this experience.
