Afternoon Tea - If you pay a premium price you would expect a premium level of service, unfortunately this wasn't the case. When we were seated no one initially explained what we could order (for example we could order only salmon or ham sandwich) we had to ask before anything was fully explained. Plus we had to ask multiple times for fresh tea and sandwiches then waited for over 10 mins before it was served. I understand it can be a little more difficult to serve a party of over 6 people but it doesn't excuse the level of service shown today, which can only be described as poor. Today we paid for the "experience" and it alone, which didn't justify the cost. The food was average at best, leaving a sour taste to the whole "experience". Will not be returning.
