THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT US! I took my dog because she got a stick stuck in her throat while playing and although she seemed fine, I took her to get looked at anyway. We were seen by a tech and were told it was "unusually busy tonight, so the wait may be an hour or so." Yet there was only ONE person waiting for their pet (who was already being seen). During our 2 1/2 hour waiting period, we watched 2 employees and 4 pets leave. After shutting down the reception area they finally noticed we were in an exam room and asked what we were waiting for. Fifteen minutes later a vet came in and didn't even check her throat! $200+ later we left with pain meds, antibiotics and more info from google than we got from the vet who forgot about us! Not worth the THREE HOURS we had to wait! The reception staff is the only reason I even gave them 2 stars.
