I recently purchased a game from a company I heard good things about. The game itself is enjoyable, and I appreciate the effort put into creating it. However, I was disappointed by the lack of support provided by the company. The website was not helpful in troubleshooting issues I encountered, and customer service was unresponsive. I hope the company can improve in these areas so that future customers have a better experience.
