General manager Anson Jones from keating toyota group you have not reached out to me to been help me with this situation. Your store took advantage of a hispanic woman who had little experience purchasing a vehicle. On a 2021 Toyota RAV4 I should have had the contract at about $33452 for the vehicle price at $464 /72 months with a 2.9%. That's with the $29,500 MSRP that Shawn said he would give me. But instead I this is what I got:

Total sales price/payments: $50,150 (Shawn was having me focus on the "sub total" which was in the low 30,000s)
Financial Charge: $4,226.17
Cash Price/w taxes: $36279.29

Add ons that were not explained to me:
Prepaid maintenance: $2,450
Tire and Wheel: $2,730
Mechanical Breakdown: $ 3,161.00
GAP insurance (which is the only thing I thought I was adding on): $850
Apex (GPS): $614
Paint and Interior protection: $171
Windshield protection: $269

Selling price plus the back end products that I had no idea that was on my contract until I got home adds up to me paying way more that was talked about. That's why I left the car there in the lot . This is just coming from one of many customers they have taken advantage of. What I was told by Sergio, Shawn, Eric and by you, Anson, that nothing is able to be done. I will keep posting and letting everyone know what kind of ethics and dishonesty you all are running at keating toyota.
