Pre sale service was absolutely beyond my expectations. My Dog is on a Veterinary Diet due to a Urinary Stone issue and I am not happy with it. She has developed skins allergies and I suspect the food. Big Dog staff were helpful in providing unbiased advice regarding my dog s diet And potential allergy causes. Their in depth knowledge of dogs and there dietary needs has reassured me that they really are genuinely in business for the right reasons. I now have the confidence to spend money visiting my vet again to confirm trialling Big Dog products. Hopefully my Staffy will get back her quality of life in the near future.
