How is this a 4 star hotel? There's no complimenta...

How is this a 4 star hotel? There's no complimentary breakfast, wi-fi is not free, no mini bar, and no microwave in room. I guess all you need is starbucks coffee in room, nice sheets, and be attached to a mall to be a 4 star hotel.
