We rode on three of the different routes, so I had multiple experiences with this company. It can be really hit or miss apparently, it depends on your driver and the tour guide. The first tour guide we had, would say about 1 or 2 sentences about the city then talk more about how important tips were. The second tour guide was great, talked the whole time. But the second driver was a nightmare. She kept missing her turns, got us stuck about twice. Her driving was so unsafe, we honestly thought she was going to tip the bus. We were originally told a bus would pick us up at each stop every 20 minutes or so. We got off on the C bus at Japantown, were told to be back at the stop by this time to catch the next bus (they were only coming by once an hour). we got there 10 minutes earlier than what they said, and still ended up waiting over an hour and a half for the next bus. They were not running nearly as many busses as they should have. We kept calling to find out when the next bus would be after 40 minutes and kept being told "it'd be here in 10 minutes." When we got on, it was the same crazy driver and she got in or faces screaming at us about how she didn't care we had to wait and that she needed to get her weave done. We ended up having to sit by her, she kept threatening to run over pedestrians and had serious road rage issues. Then the next bus we got on was fine, the driver and tour guide were both good.
Considering we went Memorial Day weekend, I was so unimpressed with how few busses they ran. We gave up doing the night tour because there weren't enough seats for how many tickets they sold, and they wouldn't send another bus. Half the stops, people who got off couldn't get on because the bus was full.
Some of the other double bus companies seemed to be run much better. As a result of how poorly run this one was, we missed out on half of the things we had planned to do.
