Webafrica is extremely good at making everything not their problem. I have spent the last 4 months of my contract with them phoning into their call center at least twice a week. I have gotten hung up on, waited 45 min on hold and been told that I won't receive help because its 10 min before "Home Time"!
This ISP is a classic case of what is wrong with service in SA. If you think you'll get good service for what you pay for - think again. I found the same package for a 20/20 line at other ISPs for over 20% less. Not to mention that Webafrica suddenly raised my fees in the middle of the year by R200p/m ! It's disgraceful to think that I would trust a company with a debit order to my account and they would go ahead and simply charge me more without any warning or notice.

If you have a choice, may this not be it. Webafrica comes from the deepest pit of awful, neglectful and overpriced broken service. Stay FAAAAAR away!
