I was never a client, however I do have a friend who was seeing someone from this association.
He advised me that his mental health nurse would drive him to various locations ( to get groceries/gym) when he did not have anything to discuss with her. I m unsure if that is allowed and would like to get a response back from someone in this organization.
At one point she mentioned that he does not require her assistance compared to her other clients who have more severe mental illnesses but also it s seems that she provokes him as she will continuously discuss the same stressful topics with him, which in return adds stress to my friends mental health because he begins to worry when he was doing fine. If you re suppose to be someone s mental health worker you are suppose to be healing them Mentally to improve their mood, mentality, emotions not make it worse.
