Except for the air vent in the bathroom, the room was very clean and comfortable. My sister and I had problems with the cable. We had problems with receiving a promised discount. I wrote a scathing review after not having a return call from the manager.

Then he called and was extremely courteous and helpful. The discount was given. So, I would give this hotel a better rating than I did on the online form I filled out.

The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the hotel looked good. Obviously they are trying to upgrade everything. It felt safe and is convenient to downtown.
