I had a bad experience at the waterdome swim up bar. I ordered a souvenir Margarita cup for $26.99 since they offer a refill at a discount. Not even 2 mins had passed when I noticed my cup was cracked. I asked the bartender if she can repour my drink in a new cup and she refused also spoke to a manager who refused. So I ended up with a broken cup that couldn't be used. What a waste a money. We paid alot to stay at the resort along with eating there and zip-line, You'd figure replacing a cup would be the most they could do but apparently not. The rooms can use updating as well.
