Brad is a wonderful service technician. However, the internet sales team is not responsive. I was interested in a certified pre-owned x1. I asked to have my car appraisal done while it was being serviced. At the end of the day, Brad searched for my car keys which was in sales. Nevertheless, I have yet to hear from anyone in sales.
