Worst Experience Ever. If I could give zero stars ...

Worst Experience Ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Was told they were a reliable business to business company, which they are not all.
Was given one quote and told it could be done in one day if approved that same day. Proceeded with the quote only to find out it would take four days. Inconvenienced my business for the entire weekend and was very upset and informed them would never buy anything from them. Was told for the inconvenience they could manage a partial order for no charge in a completely different format this same day. Proceeded to go in to pick up the temporary order where they then tried to charge close to 200$ for something we did not even like, approved through email, and were never quoted for. Expressed our concerns and the owner was then contacted. The woman then proceeded to yell over the counter in a completely unprofessional manner after her mess up and miscommunication with everyone. Will never do business with them. Walked out with nothing. Most unreliable and unprofessional company.
