Upon arrival we received a call stating our room was ready, after getting in an Uber to arrive back to the hotel we received a call stating how our rooms were not ready. However staff lady in the front was super nice. Hotel was in a great location and has an awesome historic look. The night before check out our A/C stopped working in one of our rooms. Woke up in sweat and had an extremely uncomfortable sleep. Manager for restaurant was extremely rude. Politely asked him to heat up a friends meal, as he follows a strick diet. He lied about a health and safety law. Maybe he should realize who he s talking to before lying.
