I started the the process of a re-fi with another lender but decided to contact Intelliloan after seeing one of their commercials. The process was quick and easy. Did everything on-line with the exception of meeting with the notary. And in the end they not only beat the rate I had from the other lender, they were able to close the loan faster too!
