I took my vehicle to Momentum Land Rover because it was having electric issues and it is still under warranty. I had taken my vehicle to Momentum Land Rover for the exact same issues several months before.

1. My back windshield wiper sprays water for no reason at random times.
2. My smart key sometimes does not register with my vehicle.
3. The passenger seat sometimes does not adjust.

I picked up my car Saturday morning to discover:
1. There is a new scratch on the back passenger door.
2. My key is completely broken being held together with a rubber band that was taken off my "Auto Alert" mirror tag.

I cannot tell if they fixed the passenger seat. I don't know if the back windshield wiper is repaired as it sprays randomly and it has not yet sprayed.

I am extremely disappointed and upset about the scratch on my vehicle and the key being broken. What is worse is they did not even tell me either of these things happened when returning the keys to me. I did not notice the key was broken until I arrived home and my partner pointed it out to me. What is very disturbing is they repaired the key with a rubber band off my personal item!

I had also requested a quote on my vehicle which they failed to deliver. If this is how they treat their customers I will not be back to purchase my new vehicle!
