I'm not sure where to begin because I had so many good experiences with this company. I had a referral class with Seasports, meaning I did my classroom and pool dives in my hometown and did my 4 open water with Koloa Seasports (Specifically Chloee). On the first day, we did two shore dives where we saw a lot of turtles and huge frog fish.

The next day is where seasports set themselves apart from generic customer service. My boyfriend felt he had ruptured his eardrum after our shore dive the day before (he descended extremely fast) and could not go on the boat trip/dive. The day of (only an hour before the dive) they refunded me the portion I spent for him to go on the boat! My boyfriend insisted that I complete my last dive in order to get qualified (he was previously qualified years before) while he get checked out at the hospital. The doctor visit took so long that I completed the dives and the paperwork for my qualification, and was now stranded with no ride back to my hotel in Poipu. Chloee insisted on driving me to my hotel at which point she also helped me carry my equipment back inside. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. My Boyfriend made it back to the hotel roughly an hour later and reported that he had water in his inner ear which caused him to be extremely nauseous. The doctor said that diving again would have made it much worse. So lesson learned, if you feel ill, get checked out.

That being said, I'd also like to say that Chloee and I made such a great 2 person team. I was worried that going alone may not be as beneficial or fun since I didn't really know anyone else on the boat, but Chloe made it feel like I was diving with a long time friend. I had a great time! I was lucky enough to see two manta rays, 2 octopus, I lost track of how many turtles I saw, and several different kinds of fish. It was the best time Ive ever had in water!

Thanks again Chloe!
