We had encountered an extremely unprofessional and rude Sales Agent representing QBE. Have asked them for a quotation for Product Liability Insurance with coverage in Hong Kong & Macau. We have sent them a QC Report as a sample to indicate that our production line has quality control system and record in place. We then received the following comment from them refusing to offer a quote because our QC report had indicated a piece of product with quality issues.

" Comments:

Having review the overall product info, the lab test report shows failed which means the quality of the product is not so good, so sorry that we may not consider to offer a quote. "

QC Report is meant to track quality issues and ours had served the purpose well and professionally. No one had ever visited our office to see our products. We were shocked and disappointed by their service, ignorance, rudeness and their lack of professionalism.
