We had a wonderful experience buying our new X3 from Benson Yim. Our car buying process lasted about a month. As our current Lexus lease was ending, we looked at all of the options out there. On our first visit, Benson patiently explained all of the features of the X3, especially the technology features. We really appreciated that, since that was one aspect of our Lexus that really bothered us. In the end, we were deciding between the X3 M4 and the Audi SQ5. I liked the fact Benson never said anything negative about the Audi and simply offered to clarify any questions we had with the BMW. He left the decision in our hands and was never pushy. Without question the best car buying experience we have had and we are a couple of 60+ year olds who have bought many cars before, including a 5 series in the past. If anyone expresses an interest in a BMW, I will send them to Benson at BMW Seattle. Thanks Benson!
