The place is a really big scam! Not a 5 stars hote...

The place is a really big scam! Not a 5 stars hotel at all, more like 2-3 stars! The staff is really rude! And they even got a rule about not taking water etc from the outside.. You have to buy water from the roomservice which is 30-50 dirham!

The place and the rooms we had a look at is also really dirty, not being taken care of at all.. The rooms smells like someone just had a smoke in there! No brush at the toilet, phone doesnt even work either and after being there in just 5-10 min they even refused to cancel the reservation even tho I payed in cash!

The staff was also really rude.. They didnt know I understood arabic and just kept talking bad about me and my girlfriend and kept laughing! What kind of a staff in a hotel does that? They should be fired right away! BE AWARE AND DONT GET FOOLED BY THE PICTURES! Their prices in there is a big scam!
