This company has possibly the worst customer service but I did eventually receive my order 3 weeks after the expected date - the delivery note explained there had been problems but they had substituted for an equivalent product, which I was happy with. These are difficult times for businesses but a simple email saying your order is delayed but we re working on it would have gone a long way to improving the experience.
