Bunq CRIMINAL BANK STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!

Hey guys, I am helping a old man who was victim of 'phishing' but more and more it is clear it is Bunq itself (or probably 1 or 2 employees) who is, indeed, stealing money from clients.
Can you give a short explanation of what happened, and if so, can you tell me if you ended up in a loop where Bunq blocked all possibilities to get back your money, by using their 'support option?
