Review of Hotel Holiday International

It was good and bad experience

It was good and bad experience
The reception and the staff were very good
But we noticed insects in one of our three rooms
The staff was cooperative and they changed the three rooms imidiatly. and sent us plats of fruits to each room and the manager called me next day excuse for the this incident
I expect that this type of insect lives in the wood or it may came with previous visitor and they promised to bring pugs controller to kill this insect
I can say it was very good stay and this damage did not effect our visit to sharjah
