Good reception, helped quickly, well helped and well informed. Pieter, the technician has solved the problem at the cash desk. The contact was also smooth but also businesslike. I am satisfied with the handling. Commercially it might have been a bit better because I missed a bit of a price list. For some info we will have to call back again. Maybe there was no seller at the time of my visit. Yet I am satisfied with this contact.
