Zero stars. Terrible place to work. Dysfunctional and management has no sense of direction or how to gauge efficiency. Inconsistencies in best practice across the board. If you like a training process that is similar to playing the telephone game then this is the place for you! The intake rate is so high that it leaves their employees drowning in higher and higher volumes work with the same minimal pay, no incentives for individuals who go above and beyond and take on larger workloads. No overtime available, yet extremely understaffed and management is flooded with emails and takes them way too long for items to be addressed and/or completed. They unlawfully terminated my employment claiming that I refused to do my job responsibilities when all I asked was for a job role re-evaluation. Then they fabricated numerous statements to the state of MN that made me ineligible for unemployment. I filed an appeal and no one was willing to appear as a witness on behalf out of fear they too would be let go. This place is lucky I unfortunately cannot afford a lawyer because I would honestly take them to court for all the stuff they pulled.
