Great rates! Highly impressed by their competitive prices. Also, their response time to getting back to you is quick and efficient.

Unfortunately, I have to dock marks off due some major technical issues with my insurance agent. I don't want to name him publicly but he firstly was mistakenly reading another client's insurance policy with information about their expiration date, etc over the phone with me. Secondly he misspelled my name on my insurance policy before I signed papers. And thirdly, sent over the wrong payment forms for me to sign. Luckily I caught them before I signed and emailed the forms back. However, I don't think these are mistakes that could be overlooked since they could have negatively affected the process of insurance coverage should I need it for the future. I would be happy to speak with a customer rep if they choose to move forward with this post :)
