Ok, so where would one even begin with this place?...

Ok, so where would one even begin with this place? I know, lets start with pay.. So Call4health contracts medical offices and does answering services for these offices. It sounds great, but what they fail to mention is that a lot of these companies include how much each employee should be compensated (I worked on their Mountain Park account). The accounts are pretty specific in what they want employees to be paid but C4h does NOT care and they do NOT pay according to contracts that they sign and agree to adhere to. Next, is management. That is all a joke. They don't promote based on merit and knowledge, its more so based on favoritism. You have managers that don't have any actual managerial experience and expect them to effectively lead a department of 10-20 people. The place did have some great people working there, but they could never retain employees because of the way they treated them- they basically let your know you're disposable. I could go on and on in regards to how awful this place is, but I won't. The only redeeming quality of this place was their flexibility in schedules (i'm a student and my schedule changed often). If you're looking for a job and even think to consider this place- don't! There are so many other jobs out there willing to pay you adequately and who will appreciate your efforts as an employee.
