Didn't have maintenance supplies for products they...

Didn't have maintenance supplies for products they sell. Didn't get rewards points after asking cashier, her canceling order and ringing up a second time so she could make sure we got, still didn't get them. Outside of store looks atrocious, weeds taller than me, landscaping a mess. Had gone down hill since last year.
