VERY POOR RETURN POLICY Purchased a heater core for a 2000 dodge durango 6 hours of labor latter found core was the wrong part. By the picture proper core was listed under a 2001 dodge durango. Ordered proper part and returned wrong part. They refunded me $15.98 less than I paid. I was going to pursue this further. After looking into it Rock auto seems to make their profit by ripping people off on the returns. I will not deal with these people again.
IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS ON THIS TRANSACTION.
