Attention all Rockauto requires you to pay for return shipping if a part breaks under warranty or if they send you the wrong part. In the case you send the part back you have to wait for them to receive the part than they will ship the warranty replacement, Hopefully you or your customer do not need the vehicle for a week or 2. rock auto also offers a addition option you can buy the replacement part and they will reimburse you the cost of the part once they receive the broken warranty item and you are still response for shipping. This review is based on my person experience and is not meant to effect rockauto as a whole.
