Pros:

Pros:

-Walking distance to Horrocks and the Asian grocery store next to Horrocks. Family fare and sushi are also within walking distance.
-Location: Convenient access to grocery stores, 28th street, airport, and highway
-Ty: Always helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to resolve our issues with a neighbor. Always remembered my name when I had a package delivered. We appreciate him and the other lady who is at the front desk but I never got the name of.
-Maintenance: Friendly and timely, one lady offered to take my trash for me because she was headed that way. 5/5

Cons:

-Flooding outside our porch constantly
-Bathroom was infested with mold. It was in the toilets, under the sink, and would grow like wildfire on anything remotely damp
-No washer dryer for $1250 a month and no utilities included

Closing statement:

-There are a lot of geese at Hidden Lakes. Please do not blame them for adapting to man made ponds and a grass diet after we encroached on their territory. They are territorial by instinct and can't help being aggressive over their nesting locations anymore than they can help having brown feathers.

-There is a goose with a broken wing you may see named Stanley. He is a quiet and noble goose, often seen preening his feathers by ponds, looking on as other geese migrate south overhead, knowing this may be his last winter alive, and he may never see his family, find a partner, or have kids. Please be kind to him.
