I've been in touch with Chris from The AIM Group for about a year and a half now. He has helped me to roll out externally provided level 2 courses across both academies to over 200 staff, with some staff taking several courses each. The success of our uptake is testament to Chris' professionalism and credibility, and the range and quality of the courses on offer. Our staff particularly enjoyed the course on mental health. Many commented on how much they had learnt and the impact it had on the way they interact with students and deal with certain situations.
