Anyone looking for propane that needs it fast, don't come here in the morning. One employee told me that someone should be here everyday by 6 am that should be able to fill propane, the next day, they had to call someone in from home (ended up waiting 45 minutes). Now today no one was at ace, asked a Ridley's employee about propane, they said someone from ace should be there around 8-8:30am... just then someone from ace came in and said someone should be in around 9am... there are no signs on the door offering ANY type of ace store hours let alone propane. Extremely unprofessional, it's more worth the drive to Riverton Hardware than to sit and play the waiting game. I took my 70 gallons to someone else today. Over $200.00 usd sale lost and i currently have 300 gallons in circulation in saratoga springs for work.
