Went on my birthday, 9/6/18. Got great room rate--$85/night.

Need to write a letter to corporate or the head of the casino with my experience. Will likely never stay at the Hard Rock in AC again.

PROS:
* Fun tracking down all of the fantastic memorabilia.
* Hotel personnel generally very nice and attempt to assist though poorly informed of hotel "goings on".

CONS:
*One of the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES I've ever had.
* The list of hotel issues is way too long to address here, however I'll give you some highlights: check-in issues, check-out issues, room issues, room equipment issues, hotel personnel issues, restaurant issues, basically issues with just about everything.
