Horrible experience at this hotel. The room was not only small but really dirty and definitely in desperate need of renovation. Was forced to stay a minimum of two nights otherwise the hotel would have charge one night's cancellation fee. They had the discretion to waive that policy but decided not to despite being asked twice including via SPG as I am a Gold member. And they didn't even offer an option to switch rooms because they were sold out. Disappointed at the lack of service. Seriously reconsidering my SPG membership.
