On February 8, my husband and I went to the Richmond RV Show with no intention of purchasing anything (famous last words). We went with friends who have a fifth-wheeler just to look around. We left the Show but returned about an hour later to walk around again by ourselves. We were discussing one of the travel trailers when Sal Saccoccio came by. He started answering our questions and guiding us through how hook-ups and the leveling process would be done of course never having owned a trailer before he broke it down even further for us. When he saw the dear in the headlights look he suggested the Keystone Outback with the self-leveling package already installed. It turned out to be right next to the trailer we were inquiring about. He took us from one end of that trailer to the other. Answering questions and providing guidance. To be honest, I really wish we had him at the delivery. While McGeorge RV got the job done, we didn t feel the personal attention that Sal gave us. It turns out Sal was visiting from a North Carolina Camping World and when we venture south we ll be stopping in to say hi!
It has been a couple weeks since our purchase, but I wanted to actually use our travel trailer before posting our Google Review. Last weekend we used it for the first time and it was awesome! I can t say enough about the trailer itself and the guidance that Sal provided us. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for anything RV related. Mostly because of his knowledge already but if he doesn t know the answer he ll get it for you.
Sal, thank you for staying past the show ending time to finish all the paperwork with us!
