Colton Carlson (through my edge) was a great resource for me while I was moving from Portland to Austin. We don t have this service in Portland so I was skeptical about it being free at first, but I can assure you it is. Colton gathered a list of apartments in my price range in the area of town I wanted and went with me to explore all of them when I came to visit. He s very down to earth and straight to the point. I did additional research about apartments (just in case) and he had indeed found me the best place for the price point and I m so grateful. He really saved me a lot of time and made the moving decisions far less stressful.
