VANESSA, VP OF SALES, did nothing to help me, a 6 year loyal customer, acquire a loan because the my vehicle purchase was out of NEPA s footprint . I asked for documentation of this policy and she did not provide where in writing it states those conditions. NEPA representatives and even its own leadership put me in a bad position, even when I let one of the representatives know I live in Maryland (moved here from Monroe Country) and that I will be buying a car in a DMV area. They re only option for me was to apply for refancing through us and go to USAA, they have better rates than us . All of their lines are recorded, this was actually said by a loan consultant to me, and part of it was reiterated to me by Vanessa. On top of that, she rushed me, a very distressed customer, to hang up because we were on the phone 15 minutes past closing .

Unbelievable customer service. I would not imagine myself saying this, but AVOID this place like the plague. From my experience in getting an auto loan, high-profile personnel that I have worked with have been very unprofessional through the entire process, and left me hanging like I was off the street. My time is wasted and I will not be doing business with them ever again
