I am an extremely happy customer (they are the happy hamsters, I am the happy customer) at Happy Hamster. I have visited them on numerous occasions, and have always been met with friendly assistance and a willingness to go the extra 5,280 feet to give tender loving care to my various distressed computers, together with outstanding advice, especially important for us (...dare I say it?...) "citizens in the second half of life". How these things called computers work (or don't work) is way beyond my pay-grade, so the Helpful Friendly Happy Hamsters are much needed and much appreciated and very inexpensive as well. I would single out Lucas Miller, the store manager, for special kudos: he has always been full of advice and gives me much more time than I deserve. I am sure all the other Hamsters are equally resourceful and friendly, but I want to give special thanks to Lucas. WB
