I was told by Sears Parts Direct that Sears Holding Corp will not allow them to rectify an issue I am having because of procedures. If their customers are having issues the problem should be able to be rectified. I have been waiting 20 days for a part I have ordered, paid for and received broken with no ship date in sight. I was assured I would receive it in 24-48 hours twice.
