DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! It deserves zero stars. We booked a return trip Sihanoukville-Koh Rong Samloem. On the first trip they were 'only' 1 hour late, letting us wait at the pier in the sun in front of the boat without anyone telling us what we were waiting for. And while on our way we founf a SNAKE on the boat! The return trip through was the worst. We arrived at 8.30 at the pier for our 8.45 boat. We waited for hours and everyone we asked information to were giving us different answers (it's cvoming in 10 minutes, in 30 minutes, it's just left Sihanoukville, the boat cannot leave because of the high waves, etc.). Waited 6 HOURS on the pier in the sun before our boat arrived We missed out flight to Siem Reap as well as the hotel reservation we'd already paid for. Do yourself a favout and do not give a dollar to this company!
