Totally poor experience. My husband & I were celebrating our anniversary. We booked a couple massage. The staff was totally confused and told us (after we were in robes and waiting) that they did not have a couples room available. Massage was generic and totally not worth $52.00 for the 25 minutes.
When my husband was asked upon leaving, he said he was disappointed because we were supposed to be together.
The young women behind the desk laughed. Absolutely no courtesy!!!!
We are frequent guests in Glenwood Springs and love the town & know many of the business owners.
This place is totally mismanaged & our first time in the door will definately be our last.
