The maintenance team, especially Chris does a really great job of staying on top of maintenance requests. Chris has been very helpful in the last year and half that we have lived here in ensuring we have all of our maintenance requests from changing special light bulbs, unclogging shower drains to changing air filters are met timely.

The only issue we had was when we did not have AC for a couple months during the summer but it seemed like that was happening a lot. I'd also think maybe some additional training should be done on fixing AC because we had submitted several requests saying something was not right and we were told it was fine... For example, the temperature gun they pointed at the AC vent was in the mid 60s....so it seems fine...however, that's not right because it should have been blowing much colder since it needs to go throughout the entire apartment. The AC vent did not work correctly when it was blowing in the mid 60s and causing the apartment to heat up more than what the unit was set to.

Luckily we had a temporary window unit put in place but it did take a while to fix because they kept needing to order parts. The delays seemed to have been due to authorization to proceed thresholds as it was expensive to fix the AC. Therefore, I think Chris did a great job at trying to fulfill the request but was delayed on approvals to buy the specific parts.
