It was a bitter cold Friday, just past five and I noticed my car's front left tire was flat. The bad timing and inconvenience notwithstanding, I called Roemer's and talked to EJ asking if Roemer's could help me out. "Sure, let me see what I can do." No complaining about the time of day or that they were closing. Just, "Sure." Their guy came out and worked his a$$ off to get my stupid spare down and swapped with the flat. Then I drove to Roemer's and it was clear it was "Miller time" but John Roemer (himself!) and his guys swapped out my flat for a good one and got me back on the road. This is not the first time I have seen the Roemer hustle and customer service displayed. John and his crew are first rate. I recommend them without reservation. Speaking of reservations, did you know Roemer's will give you a reservation to get your snow tires and studs put on? No sitting around some dingy place til ten at night drinking stale coffee. Bring in your car at the appointed time and be back on the road before your fresh brewed coffee is cold enough to drink!
